Together, our goal is to make accessible and empower low-income and limited-resource Western New Yorkers to adopt healthful nutrition and physical activity behaviors conducive to positive health and well-being. Our collaborators include:
- United Way of Buffalo and Erie County
- Independent Health
- Buffalo Public Schools
- The Massachusetts Avenue Project (MAP)
- Family and Children's of Niagara Falls
- Catholic Charities WIC

- and many more!
